In August, I met with Baroness Beeban Kidron to share my concerns about the Data Use and Access Act and to call for automatic data preservation following the death of a child.

Because of this, Baroness Kidron spoke in the House of Lords on 16th Oct 2025 and confirmed she’ll be tabling amendments to ensure the law works as promised and as Parliament intended.

Fingers crossed that what I’ve been fighting for — now known as #JoolsLaw — finally becomes law.
